I am Advocate Moksh Abhay Jain, an Independent Counsel, advocate based in Mumbai, practising before the Bombay High Court and various Trial Courts and Tribunals. I have established my own practice at an early stage of my career and lead a team of associates while actively handling matters myself, including drafting, filing, and arguing cases. My work spans civil, commercial, criminal, arbitration, and banking matters, and I am known for a result-oriented, ethical, and hands-on approach to litigation and legal advisory. I have a Bachelor of Laws degree from RS College of Law and a background in Commerce from Tolani College. I am also certified in Digital Cyber Crime, International Arbitration, Data Science Foundation, Copywriting, and Legal Drafting, which enhance my analytical and creative skills. I am passionate about learning new things and expanding my knowledge in various fields. I am always eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of the organization
